The mission of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Library is to ensure effective, culturally appropriate library services are available to its members that promote lifelong learning, cultural awareness, and the sharing of wisdom.
The library is housed in the Department of Education building, The library has a small collection of approximately 2000 pieces of material. These include books, CDs, DVDs, photos, puzzles, games, and reference materials. Two computers with internet and printing capabilities for patron use are also available.

The lab has 12 desktop computers that are available for training purposes. Projector and screen are also available.
The Department of Education has a conference room to accommodate meetings or special events. A smart TV is available for presentations.
The book club meets the first Thursday of the month. Titles change based on the interest of the participants. Light lunch is provided.
