Procurements, Grants and Contracts

Through a reorganization of the Community Development and Planning and Development programs, where two programs merged as one, a strong grant writing component was formed. The Planning and Development Program now currently has two full-time grant writers who have proven to be successful in securing several necessary grants for Tribes.

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Department of Housing (CATDOH)’s mission is to provide affordable, safe, and decent housing to income-eligible Native American families, while promoting self-sufficiency through employment, education and economic stability.

The overall mission of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Department of Health is to enhance health and wellness of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes and Native American communities by providing compassionate, comprehensive, and holistic approaches to healthcare through advocacy, education an awareness.

These programs strive to promote family unity through economic and social stability and help preserve and maintain the family unit while providing guidance toward self-sufficiency.

School Clothing

The School Clothing Program is a program that was established to provide Cheyenne and Arapaho tribal students, between the ages of 3-18, with funds to purchase clothes for school.

The goal of the Information Technology Department is to provide the highest quality technology-based services to every office and service of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
